I currently have 5 seats and am looking at taking a 6th person on. I pay £128 a month, and to get one more seat, I have to pay £256 a month and pay for 4 seats I don’t need! You are making this very difficult for small businesses, and the chance are, I am going to have to find an alternative system that fits our budget, when you could have had another £300 a year.
I find this madness for a tec company who deem to claim they make life easier for businesses, when in fact that is not completely the case… unless you are willing to throw money away, morally this does not sit well with me. Very disappointed, and has put me off upgrading to the top package, it’s this that has stopped me upgrading, so you are shooting yourselves in the foot.
