Hi everyone,
I’m thrilled to announce we’ve just launched a powerful new feature in Portfolios!
You can now group work by owner, team, status, due date, goals, and custom fields. This gives you even more flexibility to organize and track your projects in the way that works best for you.
Along with this enhancement, we are also updating the portfolio toolbar to align with the layout currently available for projects.
This feature is available on Business, legacy Enterprise, Advanced, Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans.

looks very promising!
I’d love to see custom views been saved like in projects and my tasks.
any plans on doing that?
Further another thing that is quiet annoying to me: adding a lot existing projects to a new portfolio. I’d really love to see a searchable or filterable list where I can select multiple projects at once to add them to a portfolio. Maybe like multi-edit from the search results?

It is a little irritating that I never can find these new things in my Asana, even though I seem to have the right plan.

Thanks for answering!
This is how it looks like, I have tried refreshing.
Hi @Désirée_Bein, thanks for sharing the screenshot! It looks like you are looking at Workload tab in your Portfolio. The new Group by option is available on the first tab: List.
I hope this helps!

Please add the possibility of sorting Projects by date in the Portfolio timeline view. Otherwise, it loses part of his sense.
It doesn’t save or have option to save…
Hi @Tamara_Vishniakoff , welcome to the forum
You will find the save layout button within the ...
button on the far right of the header. It’s currently slightly different to projects.
