Notifications on time and date

I thought tasks assigned to myself would trigger a notification?
Today I had 3 tasks with date and time, but none of these were sent to me.

Asana Inbox notifications are inhibited when it you are the cause of the notification; it’s for getting notified of others’ actions, not your own.

In the mobile apps, you’ll get a push notification when tasks assigned to you with a time are due.

You can use Rules in My Tasks for automations which is another way to alert yourself of things.
