I need to be notificated of every task in a team or a project.
I receive the notification if the responsible set me as collaborator, but if the responsible forgets to set me then i am not being notified.
Is there any possibiltity to set as always collaborator?

For any project, if you go to the members and members notifications settings, you can check a box to be notified of any new task.
In theory, that would be difficult because subtasks are not part of the project of their parent task. So if they respect that design decision, you would not have such a notification setting at the project level. But you never know!

@Bastien_Siebman is absolutely right! We also have the Rules feature for paid customers, which allow you to set that you are automatically added as collaborator of the tasks added to the project. You can find more details here.
