Not receiving email notifications to outlook email

I am not getting email notifications to my outlook email. I have the settings set to receive them.

Have you checked your spam folder? Any chance they’re getting caught there?

On the off chance it’s related to no notifications actually being generated, could you toggle on “Daily summaries,” which we know will send an email once per day and check if that comes through (or goes to spam) the next morning after you toggled it on?
