Not getting the link to access the pricing page

I’m trying to get to the pricing and tier feature information, but Asana insists it has to send a link to my email for me to do that. The email is not there; I checked my spam folder and made sure I was looking at the right account. If I can’t get to that information, I expect I won’t continue with Asana.

Hi Larry, I appreciate the effort but that’s still only redirecting me to a pop-up in the app saying that Asana sent a login link to my email. It isn’t taking me to the pricing page.

The only new email I had, when I checked again just now, was about your reply.

Perhaps try this in incognito mode of a web browser, or a web browser you haven’t yet used with Asana.
