I can’t get to the support page as I keep getting this message. I have an enterprise license, so I’m curious to know why I can’t get to the support page to get help?

I recommend you trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure you are using Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
- Disable any ad blockers or extensions that may be causing the issue.
- Use the chatbot from an incognito window.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using the chatbot from another corporate device.
- Try using the chatbot from your personal computer, tablet, or phone.
