Not able to get in touch with support, Refund requested via ticket

It’s been 2 days since I’ve been trying to contact support for a refund, and I find it unbelievable that I am unable to speak to a human agent. Instead, I have to go through a ticketing system where they promise to get back to me in 24 hours, but nobody does. I was charged without being notified and I would like a refund. Can somebody help?
