I signed up with Asana and then converted my workspace to an organization because I was led to believe it would be better suited for my needs. I’ve found that is not the case and I’d like to switch back to a workspace, but I have received no help from support in how to do so. I’ve sent help ticket but get no response. I need to get this resolved as quickly as possible and I cannot wait days or weeks for a response. How how I get a real person at Asana to acknowledge me?

Support has been backed up of late but is reducing the backlog. It might take several days but a support rep will reply.

But note that if you already have an outstanding request in the queue, let them reply before you do or you could be moved to the end of the queue.

For a company promoting a program to businesses to help them be more organized, this type of customer support does not look good.
