I created a new team, new project within that team and moved an existing project into an existing team. Now both projects are greyed out and I’m unable to use them, although for some reason I still have the option to create a new task in both but I cannot click into the task, assign it or put a deadline on it. For a split second when the page loads, a message is displayed, but it disappears too quickly for me to read it. Has anyone else encountered this? Solutions? I opened a support ticket with Asana yesterday, but nobody has gotten back to me yet. FYI I’m on a Personal/Free account with 5 team members having accounts right now. Everything was fine up until yesterday when I created the new project and team.
Looks like a glitch indeed, can you try incognito mode and also a different browser? Sometimes those are fixed a few minutes or hours later.
