Vanessa, Thank you for your response. I tried the prompt you recommended, and the problem I am having is that it returns only status updates for 4 of my 18 projects. I have tried modifying the prompt to say all status updates in 2025 (during which all projects have had an update), but it repeatedly will only return for 4 projects. Having this as an automated process would be so helpful. I have also created a product feedback if anyone wants to upvote - Draft with AI: Portfolio status update containing all projects most recent status updates

Sorry to hear that, @Ellen_Gass, and thank you for creating this feature request thread. Our AI features are evolving quickly, so hopefully filtering, customization options, and the overall results will continue to improve in the near future 
@Vanessa_N I can not get any of the AI features (or other newer features like time-tracking) working on our account. I’m the Super Admin and all AI features are enabled on our account but it does not show up in our account. Comparing the UI of our account to the videos in the demos, it looks like we’re stuck on an old version. How can we get this working? I did verify that we’re not on a legacy subscription either.
Hi @Andy_Hayes, sorry to hear you’re having trouble enabling AI features in your space.
Many of our new AI features, including Smart Summaries, are only available on our current plans (Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, and Enterprise+).
It’s possible that your organization is on one of our legacy plans (Premium, Business, or Legacy Enterprise), which may not include access to these newer features.
Since we don’t have access to account details here in the Forum, I recommend reaching out to our Support team. They’ll be able to confirm your current plan and share more information if you’re interested in switching plans.
