Need Asana Support help for ServiceNow integration!!

Hello there,

I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with Asana to create tasks in Asana using the spoke integration to do an extremely simple work flow.

No matter what I do, I cannot get an OAuth access token. I have followed every step of the documentation word by word but it just doesn’t work at all.

How can I get in touch with Asana support? The chat bot is completely useless and does not allow me to open any support ticket. Why would anyone use this product if there is no customer support whatsoever??
