How do I talk or chat with support?
I’m afraid Asana’s basic support is only by email.

No, I’ve been using it for about a year. I use it for two companies and recommend it for most of my clients, I have been trying to contact someone to upgrade a workspace for two days without any luck. But, thanks for the reply. I will keep you in mind.
Ahh…Sorry to hear that. Perhaps given that it’s an upgrade you could try sales@asana.com and maybe that will help.
