My Tasks is Not Being Updated With the Latest Tasks Assigned to Me

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: My tasks is not updating with latest tasks assigned to me. I’m running into issue where I have not completed a task because I did not know it was due and come to find ‘My Task’ doesn’t show all my task with overdue dates.

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Go to ‘Home’ 2- Under ‘My Priorities’ it lists for instance 56 overdue tasks 3 - Under 'My Tasks" I only see 43 overdue tasks. I’m missing 13 tasks.

Browser version: Chrome Version 99.0.4844.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)

In My Tasks. Acouple of things to check.

What Sort do you have set?
Any Filters on?
Do you have any collapsed sections in your view or… Upcoming and Later?

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve addressed the issue with the users.

The users configured sort by sections which cause her to believe she was missing tasks with due dates.
