I haven’t created any rules. I haven’t applied any filters. I verified there none except not completed. The list “should” be thorough.

To put this in a better perspective, I’ve overlaid the daily email I received showing tasks due Friday, but that are not displayed in the app. I’m also showing the filters in place. This is so unintuitive. I truly would appreciate some understanding. [Screenshot 2025-08-26 090843]

The “Recently Assigned” section in your screenshot is collapsed. What do you see when you expand it?

There are quite a few listed there. Again, not intuitive, since there are tasks from months ago in this view.

My own tasks I assign myself are not in my task list. Why?!?!

You can set up My Tasks with different filters, sorts, groups. You may want to check which are applied because your “missing” tasks may just be hidden as a result.

You might find it easier to debug this on the web or desktop version of Asana.
