I am trying to create a process for approval of documents. There is a workflow in which after review is complete, the document is going for approval of one person and then another. I set both steps as approvals. For some reason, after I assign the second person, on stage 2, the workflow goes to “complete” status.
@Alex_Goldenshtein, There’s not enough detail here to know exactly what your workflow is, but be aware:
Approval type tasks work best as subtasks because any of Approve, Changes Requested, Reject are all treated similarly to completed
Approval type subtasks don’t easily mesh with rules, so better to use regular type tasks which are not marked complete, just moved among sections, so add a section/stage for each approval level.
