I have marked a task for approval and assigned it to my colleague. They then approve the task and a rule is triggered to re-assign the task back to myself. The issue I am having is that when my colleague marks the task as approved, it then automatically marks the task complete. How do I stop this from happening.

That’s normal behavior your rule could mark it incomplete I guess
