Multihoming and permission

I have two projects with tasks in multihoming. I would like to have a ‘sold salary’ vs ‘actual salary’ field in one of them, which would allow me to visualize my actuals in real-time using formulas. However, I don’t want employees to have access to this information, except for high management.

When I use multihoming and assign tasks to people to track their workload, they become collaborators in the ‘high management’ project, at least as ‘viewers.’ I can’t find a way to block certain sensitive information in this project for them. Also, each project lives in a separate portfolio with specific and separate team members.

Does anyone have an idea for me?

Hi @Emilie_Caron1,

If you have an Enterprise or Enterprise+ subscription, you can take advantage of the new custom field privacy feature.

The custom field privacy is a game changer!
Both from visibility and from ability to change the options in the field.
