Is there a way to set up a rule that sends a direct message to an assignee of a task that is overdue in MS Teams? Looks like there is this function in Slack, but my company only uses the Microsoft suite of programs.
Right now I only see the ability to send a message to a specific team and channel, no direct message to the assignee of a task. Are you looking to add this function? We are using this to track overdue equipment return orders and It would be very helpful to just message the one person in charge of that order (task) and not the whole department.
