Modify form questions after creating

My team is excited to be able to use the Forms function, but would like to have some additional functionality to edit the question after it’s been create.

  • Connect the question to field

  • Change the question type (multi-select to drop down; single line to paragraph)

Right now, I have to delete the question and recreate it.

There are certain limitations especially with forms! Forms needs to be developed, this makes it a little more user friendly to the team members that are a little less tech savy! More questions and/or also more than just 1 form per project. 30 questions is not enough! This has actually halted a whole project from going through Asana!

I am trying to change a few things on my form:

  • Rearrange the questions
  • Change he question type

Is there a way to do this without having to re-do the whole form?

Welcome, @anon80819606,

You can drag and drop collapsed questions to rearrange, but you cannot change the question type; you must delete and re-add the question.
