We have many issues with mobile app. One of them is that we try to add filters in projects or change the sorting but we can’t. Moreover there is no assignee filter .We can’t change the view of projects as we did.
I don’t know if we only have so many problems with the app but we have written too many times, we are in touch with the support of asana through tickets but we can’t work at all with these circumstances.
It’s been over one month.
Nothing yet, waiting for the response of Support team .
The issues still exist.
We had syncing issues with the app one month (uploading photos and every change didn’t appear to other devices) and since the update of the app these problems came up.
Now the option of using filters by a custom field disappeared.
Can you please help us somehow.
Isn’t anyone else facing the same problem with the filters in the mobile app?
