I have read online about a Goals feature on Asana but cannot see it on my dashboard. I believe we are on an Enterprise account. Should this feature be available?

That is odd as it should be a tab listed under Portfolios. Goals are available for Business and Enterprise customers only, so you are correct in assuming you should have it.
Have you considered opening a support ticket? They may be able to help you as it seems to be a technical glitch.
