I am the admin. We are on the Advanced plan. We are missing the Company Goals tab. I also can’t create a company goal because there isn’t a dropdown option available when I create a goal. I keep trying to get help from Asana but that is hopeless. The chatbot on the support page returns an error after I put in my name and contact info so I can get to an agent. This is beyond frustrating. We are paying a fortune - need to get in touch with Asana. It’s not a user issue, my account seems to be configured improperly on the back end. How can I get help from Asana?
