Marking a task complete and then immediately incomplete should remove these two items from the Activity Log

This happens when you add a tag and then (within a certain time limit) remove a tag, etc. In this way, the activity log is not cluttered with these things.

I would like the same for when someone accidentally marks a task complete, and then marks it incomplete straight away (or vice versa).

This should also remove any notification appearing to the Inbox of other users.
