Making Asana Even More Powerful: Time Tracking & Vacation Requests

We love using Asana to manage our workflows – but there are a few features that could make it even more efficient for daily operations:

1. Integrated Time Tracking:
Currently, we use plugins like Everhour for time tracking, but these only work in the web version. Having a native time tracking feature inside Asana would streamline the process and reduce dependency on third-party tools.
2. Vacation Request Feature:
It would be incredibly helpful to have a simple vacation request and approval system within Asana. Team members could submit requests, and managers could approve or decline them directly in the platform.

These additions would make Asana more complete as a work management tool and reduce the need for external solutions.

Thanks for considering this feedback!

I set up a project for vacation requests. Requests can be made using a form and are handles in the project. All communication is set up using rules, comments and mails sent by those rules. Easy tracking for management and payroll.
