Hi @Nicholas_Fernandez and everyone, sorry for the trouble. This escalation is still with our Developers, and I’m afraid they don’t have an update to share yet. But as soon as there’s any news I’ll let you know. I’ve reached out internally again to check if there’s an ETA to share.

Hi everyone, our Developers have been investigating this issue; however, it appears to be not widespread, and they have been unable to replicate it on their end. Resolving this will require access to specific account data, such as project IDs and screenshots, so our Support team is best equipped to assist you further.
