I am a Super Admin for my organization and I’d like to view a usage report based on recent logins, not just activity within Asana (i.e., a report of tasks created/completed). The default reporting in the Admin dashboard is not customizable or exportable. How has anyone else accomplished this?
The intention is to track adoption/usage across our organization. I can export the Member list to see the most recent login, but I can’t see how many times someone has logged in a specific timeframe.
Thank you. I didn’t see any that quite matched what I was looking for. Most were older requests for tracking tasks created and closed, not actual user activity based on logins.
The Help Desk has advised that I may be able to build a custom report using the API and webhooks which I am exploring. For now, I’m using a manual work-around to export the CSV of login data on a regular basis and use Excel to calculate who has logged in within a specific timeframe. It’s imperfect but at least gives us insight into who is active since our organization has quite a few execs and others who are primarily watchers on projects and don’t consistently create or complete tasks (i.e., I don’t expect a VP to create tasks for others but I’d like to know if they are logging in and using the reports/portfolio recaps).
