Login error - There was a problem with logging you in

I am using a iPad (9th generation), with iPad OS Version 18.5. I am unable to log in via the Asana app, please assist.

  1. After entering my username (without my password) on the Asana app, I am automatically redirected to the following page:

  1. Thereafter, clicking on the “Continue to App” leads to the following error message window appearing: “Login error - There was a problem with logging you in”

@Daryl_Cheng Welcome to the Asana forum community. I’m assuming you already have the Asana app installed on your iPad and you’re just trying to login, but you’re experiencing this error? Here’s something to try and let me know if it works.

Instead of starting from the Asana app go to Safari and go to asana.com and login from there
