I would like to view my projects within a team in alphabetical order. I can only see options to change the view between list or tiles.

You can’t do that, the order is the creation order, and you can reorder them by drag and drop. If needed, I could add a sort on my tool iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations that lists projects in teams.

As @Bastien_Siebman explained, the option to sort projects alphabetically is not available yet in Asana.
We already have a thread requesting this functionality in the #productfeedback category. If you haven’t yet, I would encourage to upvote it: Sort project list alphabetically within a Team

To list projects in teams? Sure, if someone (you?) asks for it.
Years and years of a request for this and still nothing. And now the drag to sort doesn’t seem to be working as well as it used to be. HELP US ASANA. Come on.
Any update on this functionality? Seems this has been requested for almost 4 years now.
I agree. Kind of silly that you cannot do this with an otherwise sophisticated product
