Hi, After creating a small tool to list all tags within an organization, I had requests for the same tool applied to custom fields. Let me introduce :champagne: Minimalist Work - Custom Fields :champagne: This free tool allows you to list all the custom fields of your organization, with name, type and options! I already plan to work on listing the projects used by each custom fields as well. I hope you find this useful, and I am open for feedbacks! PS: there is a big surprise coming soon around Minimalist Work - Custom Fields, stay tuned and make sure to watch this thread! PS2: thanks Larry, Phil and James for beta-testing, and thanks Thomas for helping with the code [custom-field-explorer]

I can attest that adding the project filter is a great addition and adds even more usefulness to an already useful tool. Great work and great turn around time.

Love the addition of the Project loading status as well.

I am considering using the same kind of tool to list teams and projects. If that would be useful for you, say so on Overview of all teams and its projects (including private) please!

This is AMAZING! When I go to print, I lose all of the coloring and the projects turn to the link target instead of the project name…Can I preserve this list somehow to use offline?

I added the requests to my (long) list of things to do =)

I have added a new feature to the site: please welcome the first custom fields marketplace :champagne: [image] Custom field marketplace Integrations Hi wave You probably already know Minimalist Work - Custom Fields, my latest tool to list all custom fields inside an organization. The site just evolved with a new feature: the first custom fields marketplace! Because I think custom fields are awesome and provide great value, I thought it would be great to be able to share a field with others. Whether the field is very long to create, or is very well thought, the marketplace is the place to go to share your fields! Contact me to add yours, …

:baby:Baby sister is there to get an overview of your teams and projects: iDO Tools - Improve Asana with our tools and automations Discussed on [image] Overview of all teams and its projects (including private) Product Feedback A first version is available! I called it Asana Overview. @Vince_Mustachio I did not implement your requests yet. Team info: privacy level → not available members that are set to approve membership → not available number of non-archived Projects → done a full list of all Projects vs 5 → what do you mean by “vs 5”? a full list of Team members → done Project info: Project owner, Projects with guests, a full list of Project members → will do Sorting and Filtering: project owner → will do p… I added a new tool to my growing list: the My Tasks cleaner To simplify the work of the Asana Admin (see 🧭 The Asana admin compass) I added the possibility to show the notification settings of the field.

I improved the tool and added an indicator for archived projects. This is a paid feature but it can really simplify your life as an Asana admin when doing some cleanup!

It is crucial to export that list otherwise you’re gonna learn the hard way that Asana does not have a change trail for custom fields! I added a notice on the tool page saying you can simply export by saving the webpage (Ctrl+S, Cmd+S).

The tool now allows you to list the gid of the enum options (quite handy for developers) [Capture d’écran 2021-06-24 à 14.54.47] cc @Phil_Seeman thanks for the motivation booster!
