We use Asana to create client specific ‘to do’ lists.
We are able to add Clients to their boards/lists however once we have done so it’s easy to errenously add them to tasks/boards outside of thier area as they appear in the ‘email’ window as I begin typing, one slip and we could expose sensitive information.
Is there any way to only render emails for external users on boards they’re specifically added to and not tasks/boards they aren’t?
I can see asana knows they’re external from the globe icon.
