External Collaborator Issue

I am working with an external organization that needs access to a task or two in a project of mine. When I assign it to one person and add another person as a collaborator the collaborator can only view this task when they visit their inbox.

Any advice/tips tricks on how to make this easier for them to access? I was thinking of creating a task for them with the task links of all of the tasks they are a collaborator of and assigning it to them, but I want to make sure I’m not missing something or if there is an easier way.

@Christine_Bolton, Create a project and make those in the external organization project members, then multi-home (add to project) those relevant tasks; they’ll exist both in your project and the one for the external org.
