There is a possibility in goals to add supporting work. But it’s only one-way. Wouldn’t it be nice with a feature where you can connect your projects/portfolios to a goal so it’s visible in the project/portfolio?

We have implemented a new option to link projects to Goals directly from the Project Overview:
This is still not available in Portfolios but hopefully we will implement it in the future!
