Limiting the number of people who can answer a form

Hello,

I’m just checking if there is a way to limit the number of people who can answer the forms? Like for example, in a project, we have multiple people in there but we will only need the first 10 or so participants to be submitted.

Hi,

You can’t limit the number of submissions, you would have to track the answers and unpublish the form.

Is it possible to raise this as a feature? I mean, it would be helpful to have a limit on how many can answer the form.

I moved your post to the Product Feedback category, so it can be seen as a feature request. Make sure to upvote it yourself.

My 2-cents, and as a reminder I am only an Asana partner, I don’t work for Asana: I never heard this need before, I believe it would make forms more complicated and would complicate the product, so I would rather have the product team work on something else. But I do understand this is a need you have :slight_smile:
