Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
I’m thinking about direct (e.g. can I reference project briefs in AI Studio?) and passive (e.g. if I’ve created a goal with lots of child projects, would the Smart Goals feature read their project briefs) ways in which project briefs work with Asana AI.
Writing up project briefs is barely removed from writing a guide on what tasks need to be implemented. I’m wondering if Asana AI can take a project brief and automatically populate tasks? For something like Smart Projects, rather than uploading a file from an external source, beginning with a project brief would be a more integrated choice.
Further, are project briefs referenced at all when using Smart Summaries/Statuses - could Asana AI compare your project brief to progress through tasks and let you know if you are meeting the goals of your project?
With large language models underpinning so many AI use cases, I think considering how long form text is managed in Asana is becoming more and more important. ‘Docs’ functionality that goes one step further and takes into account how things like project briefs, notes tabs, task descriptions, etc. are all managed in Asana would feed into AI functionality nicely.
