Are MyTasks, and Projects visible to people/users in the organization? or are they private by default? Meaning, even if we’re in the same organization they both cannot access and cannot see them. I’d like to have that power and control for them to only see what I want them to see.
Hi @Jan_Go, great question!
Other users can access your My Tasks and see tasks which are public. They will not be able to see any tasks which are private to you. You can grant another user Membership to your My Tasks if you wish however, this will not affect the permissions on any private tasks, they will remain private.

For as long as any task in MyTask, any projects, are all in private. It will be hidden and not visible to any one, even to users in the same workplace, team or organization.
Except and only except when:
- Tasks and/or Projects are made public and/or
- Users are invited or given access to Tasks and Projects.
