Our internal teams need different views on the same tasks, so we utilised Asana’s shared fields a lot. For example, the same Status or Client filed is added to our library and exists in different projects to sync tasks across them, giving different teams dynamic, tailored views
After the last update, every project adds ALL of its fields into every task view, leading to shared fields appearing several times
Can I turn this off for our team?
Or can we have shared fields appear separate from project-specific fields to avoid duplication?
This update is very disruptive for our operations, and in my opinion, goes against the previously established logic for shared fields.
