Is there have any field type for custom fields that can auto detect url link. we can click the url link then jump to another page. Now only HTTP protocol supports to jump ;

Having tested this on my side, I can confirm that the jumplinks do work with others links! Simply include the email address in the custom field (exclude the mailto:) and you should be able to click the pop-out arrow

Were the jump links disabled for certain account levels? They have disappeared from our team’s custom fields and wondering how to get them to show up again. Appreciate any advice!

There is currently a bug that has removed the icon to open the link. You can keep an eye on this thread for updates: Icon to URL links for websites outside of Asana missing - #22 by Clay_Sones

@Rebecca_McGrath . thanks for you reply. I can make sure that mailto doesn’t show the link icon. Can the system configure whether the icon is displayed?
the mail address example: mailto:thomas@hotmail.com
Hi @Thomas_white, should you just include thomas@hotmail.com in the custom field, the link icon should be displayed
