We have a project in Jira that we use to sync tasks into Asana. This works fine if the task is created in the Jira project, but is failing when a task is moved to the Jira project. Any ideas why that is?
For reference, our project in Jira is called MKTG so the task numbers look like MKTG-05 and when a task is moved from another project into MKTG it takes on a new Marketing task number, sequentially based on when it was added (eg, MKTG-06) but Asana doesn’t “see” it to pull it in using the Jira-Asana connector. So currently in Asana I see MKTG-03, MKTG-04, MKTG-05, MKTG-08, MKTG-09, etc. but numbers 6 and 7 are missing because they weren’t created in the Jira project.
The sync for tasks created either in the Jira MKTG project or in Asana show up instantly (about 3 seconds), but could these others be delayed?
