My team is rolling out a submission request form to manage our workflow. We use a file upload field for requesters to share any relevant documents with our team. However, while testing it we have run into issues with that. We have tested both with PDF and .docx files. Both types of files are accepted or rejected without any noticeable pattern. Has anyone else run into a similar problem?
