It depends on what you want, exactly. It’s easy enough to do an Advanced Search for tasks assigned to PersonX, and Incomplete, and Due within the last 7 days. However, that will leave out any tasks that are overdue by more than 7 days.
You could do that same search but without any date limitation. You would see all incomplete tasks for that person, regardless of when they were due…but it would include tasks not yet due.
Perhaps the best bet is…Incomplete Tasks due between (Today minus 1 month) and (Today plus 7 days). Good for a conversation.

You can also save this search as Report if you want to use it regularly.
