Inviting Users to Project and Contacting Support

When I invite new members to my project it throws an error and says contact support.

When I go tot he help center the page keeps reloading and I cant type in the chat.
When I go to the help center and I am not logged in I can type in the chat.
When I ask to speak to a person about inviting new people to my projects multiple times over a week I get no responses.

Is there another way to contact support?

I am asking this here because this is literally what I have done twice in the last week with no response. Will try again though.
