Inviting a member to a project on the iPad

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
When I am inviting a user to a team on the iPad app all the other members are removed (after inviting, the list of users is just the newly added user).

I went ahead and checked the web interface, all the members were still there (phew!)

The list comes back again after sometime

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on the plus button on the home screen
  2. On the right section click on the + > icon
  3. Click on add member
  4. Type new user
  5. Select user

Browser version:
iPad 7th Gen, iOS 13.5.1

My first recommendation would be to try and reinstall the app. If this doesn’t help, I would recommend writing directly into our support team as we will need to ask you for some information that can’t be shared publicly in the Forum to investigate this issue.

To speed things up with support, make sure to provide them with the following information:

  • The URL of this thread to avoid having to re-explain what you already explained here
  • The OS version of your iPad
  • The version of the Asana app you’re using
  • The name of the team you’re adding people to
  • The email addresses of colleagues you’ve added to the team and that have disappeared.
  • Any screenshot you may have to illustrate the issue
