I invited a new member to join my workspace, and when he navigated to it in his browser, the site loading process/steps kept repeating / went into an infinite loop, so he was never able to see the content. It reproduced after I sent him a message and he tried to respond to the message.
Can you have them try to do the process in Incognito mode?
Hi Bastien, thanks for your response. It turns out there was another cause: They were trying to access the link without first creating an account. Once they did that, it worked. So, it looks like a unaccounted UX edge case rather than a ‘real’ bug.
