Hey Guys, we invited a new team member. But the invite do not reach the new employee. It is not in spam as well. We also tried the work around via sending a link, that does not work as well.
Do you have any ideas how we can solve that.

In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team so that they can take a look at the invite. Our Support team has access to additional tools that we don’t have here on the Community team so they would be best equipped so solve this quickly for you
