Need to have the ability for individuals currently within organisation (i.e. have organisation email addresses) but don’t need a full license, just need to view read only projects and be assigned tasks.
Guests accounts as such but for people within organisation. Or at a minimum reduced licenses

Do you believe that guest accounts and restricted-functionality accounts are not the same?
How about this: within the same domain, it would be beneficial to have both users who can utilize all features and users who are limited to read-only access for tasks.
Thus, I think it might be worth proposing such an idea in that regard.
