Integration that can populate custom fields?

Currently I have a dropdown custom field titled “client” in order to assign a task to a client. At minimum Im looking for a way to sync a list of clients with that dropdown. For example a spreadsheet or even a google contacts integration that would sync only contacts matching a certain label. Additionally I have a custom field called “Site” a site would be the physical location that relates to the task. If there was a system that could sync client and site that would be even better.

Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks

is your client listing changes a lot?
As you might know, the custom fields are for the whole organization, so updating once the field will populate the new listing within all of the project where you use the field, so no need to populate it in each.
