I’ve integrated Asana with Jira Cloud and connected Jira to one of my projects. When I open a task in my Asana project and click “add Jira Issue” > Create New Issue, I get the message “No matches found” when I try to add my Jira ticket/project. I have tried typing in the name of the Jira project and typing in the Jira ticket number but both options give the same failed error. I’ve searched the Knowledge Base and can’t find a solution. What am I missing? Can anyone help?
