Hi Asana Community!

I’m Stephanie, Head of Employee Experience team at Asana. I lead an incredibly smart, talented group of people dedicated to improving our Asana team members’ employee experience, and I’m constantly looking for ways to recognize my team and help them recognize each other.

Whether that be sending virtual cards for a work anniversary, sending gifts for birthdays or sending an appreciation in Asana, what are the ways that you recognize your team? Please share below in the comments.

Most of our team recognition doesn’t happen in Asana, but I’m sure it could. Right now my team members email specific praise to me or other managers about good work or collaborations that are happening. We also protect synchronous meeting time to share things that are going well publicly.
