Context
- It does not appear that Asana supports Rule or Workflow logic based on
text
fields, only drop-downs (with custom entries) - Because of this, our company uses custom fields for routing requests to our EPD teams, as well as indicating which customer a request originates from
- We hit this limit because we have 500 customers, thus cannot enter new values for new customers
- Increasing this limit would allow us to create new custom fields for these new customers and continue routing tickets properly
